The Code of Ethics establishes the principles, general values and ethical commitments that govern the behaviour of all PRIM directors, managers and employees as well as those of the companies within the Group as they go about their daily activities.
PRIM promotes and drives the concept of internal collaboration (which includes administrators, directors and employees) to promote teamwork and the assumption of responsibility, honesty, loyalty, creativity, participation, respect, perseverance, goal orientation, challenges and ethical behaviour, all as core principles.
The Code is binding for administrators, directors and, in general, all PRIM staff, regardless of their hierarchical level or geographical location, and it is mandatory for all of them.
The PRIM Code of Ethics, published for the first time in 2018, was updated and approved by the PRIM, S.A. Board of Directors on 12 June 2023.
The Supplier Code of Ethics, published for the first time in 2023, was approved by the Board of Directors of PRIM, S.A. at its meeting of October 26, 2023.
