PRIM strengthens its Orthopaedics subsidiary branch with the purchase of the specialist clinics Ilunion and Ortoayudas

The Prim Group has completed the purchase of the Orthopaedics branches of the companies Ilunion Salud, which belongs to the Social Once Group, and of Orto Ayudas, a company specialising in electric mobility, seating, positioning and technical aid devices.

These acquisitions strengthen the Group’s Orthopaedics branch, which operates under the name of the subsidiary Establecimientos Ortopédicos Prim. These acquisitions not only entail the incorporation of clinics with proven prestige and experience, but they also include the possibility to attract new specialist talent.

These operations mean the Prim Group expands its geographical presence too, with new clinics in Madrid, La Coruña, Ferrol, Toledo and Granada, with a team of 37 qualified professionals also being incorporated.

The purchase of the Ilunion and Orto Ayudas orthopaedic clinics is part of the Prim Group’s new Strategic Plan, which foresees significant growth in the business, both organically and through selective asset purchases.
