PRIM reaches an agreement with Laboratorios Milo to purchase its Parapharmacy, Orthopaedic and Podiatry ranges.

This operation “strengthens” the Prim group’s presence in the Pharmaceutical sector and enables it to continue to enhance its growth strategy within the healthcare industry thanks to the complementary nature of both companies’ structures on an operational, distribution and sales network basis, as well as the product range.

Sales in the company’s acquired Pharmaceutical and Orthopaedics ranges reached 4 million euros last year.

Prim brings its experience of over one hundred years as a leading company in the orthopaedics sector while also incorporating new proven products into the market such as a range of Anti-Mosquito Repellents, Compression Stockings, Pregnancy and Multidrug Tests, Pediculicidal Treatments, Essential Oils and Hypoallergenic Earrings, among others.

This agreement has been final for all intents and purposes since 12 September 2016.
